These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallPulse.org, a pay-per-call marketplace platform operated by MyLeadsUnlimited.Biz ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You will be charged for calls that meet ALL of the following criteria:

CallPulse.org operates on a prepaid balance system. You must maintain a positive account balance to receive calls. When your balance reaches zero, call routing will be paused until additional funds are added.
Call pricing varies by service category and geographic location. Current pricing is displayed in your dashboard and on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
Qualified calls are automatically deducted from your account balance in real-time. You will receive notifications when your balance falls below your configured threshold.
Unused prepaid balance is refundable upon account closure, minus any outstanding charges. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.
If you believe a call was incorrectly billed, you may dispute it within 14 days of the call date. To dispute a call:
We will review call recordings and data within 5 business days. If the dispute is valid, a credit will be issued automatically. Our decision is final, though we aim to be fair and transparent in all rulings.
Our system automatically detects and credits many non-billable call types. However, edge cases may require manual review through the dispute process.
All calls through CallPulse.org are recorded for quality assurance, billing verification, and dispute resolution. By using our service, you consent to call recording. You are responsible for ensuring your handling of calls complies with applicable laws regarding call recording disclosure in your jurisdiction.
You may pause or cancel your account at any time with no penalty. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, any remaining balance will be refunded within 10 business days.

CallPulse.org provides a call routing and qualification platform. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, lead quality, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the 30 days preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallPulse.org, MyLeadsUnlimited.Biz, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
