Pay Only When Calls Qualify

We don't charge you for spam, wrong numbers, or short calls. You only pay for calls that meet our strict qualification criteria—and you can dispute any charge you believe is invalid.

A call is billable only if ALL of these are true:

  • Inbound call from a potential customer
  • Call duration is 60 seconds or longer
  • Caller expresses real service intent
  • Call matches your service category
  • Caller is located in your service area

What Counts

These calls are billable because they represent genuine business opportunities:

  • Service inquiries

    "I need a plumber to fix my leaking pipe"

  • Quote requests

    "How much would it cost to install a water heater?"

  • Scheduling calls

    "Can you come out tomorrow to look at my AC?"

  • Emergency requests

    "My basement is flooding, I need help now!"

What Doesn't Count

You are NEVER charged for these types of calls:

  • Spam & robocalls

    Automated or marketing calls are filtered out.

  • Wrong numbers

    Caller looking for someone else or wrong business.

  • Calls under 60 seconds

    Short calls don't represent real opportunities.

  • Vendors & competitors

    Salespeople or competitors calling to sell or spy.

  • Out of service area

    Caller is outside your defined coverage zones.

  • Duplicate calls

    Same caller calling back about the same issue.

All calls are recorded. You can dispute any call you believe shouldn't be billed. Invalid calls are credited automatically.
